Mission Statement
After community members participated in the SWOT, Visioning, and Five Bold Steps exercises, the steering committee developed the following mission statement for the Woodhaven Redevelopment Plan:
"Re-establish the Woodhaven Neighborhood into a sustainable, livable community where people can live, work, shop, and play by reducing crime, encouraging new retail and office development, increasing neighborhood amenities and open space, reconfiguring the balance of mixed income residential ownership and density, and implementing funding strategies that leverage private investment."
