Critical Next Steps
Step 1: Plan Approval
The first step in implementing the Woodhaven Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan is the formal adoption by the City of Fort Worth. The community input and the process of establishing the Plan is vitally important and an endorsement of the Plan concepts and actions provides the foundation to build the Implementation Plan upon. Once the Plan is formally adopted by the City Council the next steps of the Implementation Plan would include the creation of a tax increment reinvestment zone.
